I'm SO excited to meet you!Ā At home in Massachusetts, I am a wife to my husband of 28 years, a mom of 2 amazing young men, and a fur-mamaĀ to 3 dogs and 3 cats. I'm a life coach, a speaker, and a life-long learner. I love to spend time with family and friends at the beach and at the pool in the warmer weather, in front of the fireplace in the colder weather, listening to music, crafting, traveling, reading, having game nights, and watching great TV shows and movies!
My Story
For YEARS I was lost. I didn't like myself (actually pretty much hated myself), was a people pleaser, over committed myself, and just felt drained.

One day I was responding to someone asking me if I wanted to do something FUN - to which I auto-replied "I can't." Wait - WHAT?!?! I realized I hadn't even thought about what they asked.Ā I just replied. Do you find that happening?Ā You just respond - but don't truly know why you even said what you said?!Ā Well - that's exactly where it began - some self realization.Ā I didn't want to say "I can't!" Now YEARS later, I feel like a different person!
