Every registered participant will receive access to the retreat replay after the live event.

While we hope you'll join us live to experience the interactive activities and community connection, you'll be able to revisit the retreat whenever you need a reminder or a reset.

We encourage you to join us live if possible because the interactive exercises, conversations, and shared experiences are a meaningful part of the retreat. This is where you will get the maximum benefit of the retreat experience.

If life gets in the way, don't worry. You'll receive access to the replay so you can experience the retreat at a time that works for you.

We recommend creating a peaceful retreat space at home. 

Bring:

• Your printed workbook (or digital copy)
• A journal and your favorite pen
• Water, coffee, tea, or another favorite beverage
• Comfortable clothing
• An open heart and a curious mind

If possible, silence notifications, let family know you'll be unavailable for a few hours, and give yourself permission to fully step away from everyday responsibilities.

Beginning the morning after the retreat, you'll receive a beautifully written email from Heather and Angeline each day for seven days. 

Each message includes:

• A short inspirational reflection
• A journaling prompt
• One simple action to practice that day
• Gentle encouragement to continue your journey

Think of it as a quiet conversation over morning coffee. This is designed to help you stay connected to the insights you discovered during the retreat.

As part of your retreat experience, you'll receive access to our private Permission to Pause Integration Lounge for 14 days following the retreat. 

This exclusive community is where we continue the conversation together.

Inside you'll find:
